Customer Service

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. You will be notified by e-mail if an item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. I take great care in cutting and packaging every order personally. If I have made an error in your order please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation.

Customer service doesn’t end once your order has been shipped. I am always willing to answer your questions about a pattern or kit that you have ordered from me. I sew as many samples as I can, and have made many of the patterns and kits for sale on the site.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, I offer an exchange or store credit, as long as the products are returned in a saleable condition. All products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know the reason for your return. SORRY, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON BOOKS OR PATTERNS.

Unless the fault is mine, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods, as well as the actual shipping cost for the replacement order. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once I receive the returned goods, I will issue a store credit or ship your replacement order.
