Orders received by 1:00 pm Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day; otherwise the next business day. You will be notified by email if an item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. All items are shipped by Canada Post, and USPS once they cross the border in the US.

We offer FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $150. Packages are sent as Letter Mail or Expedited Parcel depending on the size of the package. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for most Canadian addresses.

Shipping to USA
Packages to the US will be sent using the most economical method depending on the size and weight of the package. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

International Shipping (outside of North America)
International shipping rates are for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switerzland, Ukraine and United Kingdom. Packages are sent by Canada Post surface mail, which is uninsured and non-trackable. Delivery may take up to 10 weeks. If you require faster delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Customs, Duty, Import Fees
Shipping charges do not include customs fees for international destinations (including the US). Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order. The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.
Lost and Undelivered Packages
Unfortunately we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details etc). Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We recommend that you call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
