ALL PRICES ON THIS WEBSITE ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

1. Where is your shop?
I run the internet shop from my home in Stittsville, Ontario in Canada. Local customers can contact me to arrange pick-up of their fabric if they prefer, or to arrange a time to come and shop in my basement.

2. Do you sell at shows?
Yes - I travel to 3 or 4 shows a year in Ontario. You can see the list of upcoming shows on my blog.

3. What kind of fabric do you carry?
I carry quilting cotton from well known manufacturers such as Westminster, Freespirit, Michael Miller and Robert Kaufman. It is suitable for quilt making, as well as clothing, totes and home décor projects. I also carry flannel, Minkee (polyester fleece) and soft 21-wale corduroy to add texture to your projects.

4. How wide is the fabric?
Most of the fabric is 44/45" wide unless otherwise noted

5. How is fabric priced?
Fabric is priced by the yard, i.e. 36" x 44" (or the width of fabric).

6. Can I order less than a yard?
Yes, I sell in increments of ¼ yard. Simply enter .25, .5, .75, 1, 1.25 etc in the 'Quantity' field. The minimum quantity for a cut of fabric is ¼ yard. ¼ yard cuts are normally sent as fat quarters, unless you request otherwise.

7. What is a fat quarter?
A fat quarter is a quarter yard cut of fabric that measures 18" x 22" instead of the typical 9"x 44" quarter yard. A fat quarter offers more versatility as it allows the designer to cut larger pieces of fabric than would be possible from a regular quarter yard. All quarter yard cuts will be sent as fat quarters, unless you request otherwise.

8. What if an item is out of stock?
Please contact me to see if I can reorder the item you are looking for.

9. When will my order ship?
Most orders are packaged the same day, or the next if the order is placed later in the afternoon. I will send you a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! Creativity has no borders. See the shipping page for more information.

11. Do you charge sales tax?
I am obliged to add 8% PST for residents of Ontario, and 5% GST for all Canadian residents.

12. What types of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you would prefer to pay through PayPal, please contact me.
