Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within1-3 business days of payment clearing. You will be notified by email if an item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. All items are shipped by Canada Post, and USPS once they cross the border in the US.

International Shipping (outside of Canada and USA)
Shipping rates vary from country to country, so I handle all international orders through PayPal. Please contact me for more information on international orders.

Lost and Undelivered Packages
I cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. I will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details etc). Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. I recommend that you call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

Customs, Duty, Import Fees
Shipping charges do not include customs fees for international destinations (including the US). Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order. The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.
