Get your wedge-curve, mod-mood, groove on in this improvisational quilt-making workshop. Participants will commit one step at a time, as they explore advanced approaches to improvised patchwork and composition, develop a personal/intuitive language of color, and learn ruler-free, wedge-curve, piecing techniques.
This workshop will be held at 2470 Huntley Road (Grace Baptist Church), just across the road from the store. Participants will need to bring their own machines although arrangements can be made to rent a machine from us for the day (limited number available so please reserve).
Instructor — Sherri Lynn Wood; read more about Sherri Lynn and her teaching philosophy here.
Date — Saturday April 29, 9:00 - 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break; catered lunch is provided with the workshop)
