Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect fabrics and supplies for their projects. Share your passion and knowledge about sewing and quilting to inspire and help them with their selections.

Fabric Cutting & Preparation: Accurately measure, cut, and prepare fabrics according to customer requirements. Handle fabrics with care and precision, ensuring a high-quality preparation for their projects.

Stock Management: Receive, sort, and organize new stock deliveries. Maintain the presentation of the store by restocking inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring the shop is inviting and well-organized.

Online Order Fulfillment: Package and mail online orders with attention to detail, ensuring customers receive their fabrics and goods in perfect condition, adding a personal touch to each order to enhance the customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives, participate in store meetings, and contribute to a positive and creative work environment.
Requirements:
- A cheerful disposition and a genuine love for working with people.
- A passion for sewing, quilting, and a keen eye for color and design.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work the specified hours, including 2-3 weekdays and on average 2 Saturdays per month.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle stock, including lifting and moving inventory.
