All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. You will be notified by e-mail if an item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. We take great care in cutting and packaging every order. If we have made an error in your order please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Customer service doesn’t end once your order has been shipped. We are always willing to answer your questions about any product that you have ordered from us. 


If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we offer an exchange or store credit, as long as the products are returned in a saleable condition. All products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know the reason for your return. SORRY, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON BOOKS OR PATTERNS for copyright reasons.

Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods, as well as the actual shipping cost for the replacement order. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or ship your replacement order.
