Orders received by 1:00 pm Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day; otherwise the next business day. You will be notified by email if an item is not available to ship or if there is a problem with your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. All items are shipped by Canada Post, and USPS once they cross the border in the US.

We offer FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $150 (unless otherwise stated and subject to change). Packages are sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for most Canadian addresses.

Local delivery is available at checkout for eligible addresses in the Ottawa area for $8.
Shipping to USA
Packages to the US are sent by Canada Post with tracking, and US duties are prepaid before shipping so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. Rates below are in CAD; checkout shows the equivalent in USD.

Packages are sent by Canada Post surface mail, which is uninsured and non-trackable. Delivery may take up to 10 weeks. If you require faster delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Customs, Duty, Import Fees
US duties are prepaid and included in the shipping rate. For other international destinations, shipping charges do not include customs fees. Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order. The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.
Lost and Undelivered Packages
Unfortunately we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details etc). Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We recommend that you call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
