We service PFAFF sewing machines, embroidery machines and sergers only.
Please don't drop off a machine without a booked spot. We don't have room to store it until the bench opens up.
Machines purchased at Mad About Patchwork are booked first. After that, everyone else is booked in the order they joined the waitlist. Tell us where you bought your machine on the form so we can place you correctly.
Damage caused by service from anyone other than PFAFF or an authorized PFAFF dealer isn't covered under your PFAFF warranty. We're an authorized PFAFF dealer, so your machine is in good hands with us. It's worth the short wait!
Machines already in our service queue are being worked on now. You don't need to join the waitlist. We'll contact you when your machine is ready for pickup.
