Learn to Quilt

The ultimate learn to quilt class. You will learn rotary cutting and basic sewing skills to make a quilt top. You will also learn how to prepare your quilt for quilting with spray basting, machine quilting with a walking foot, and how to add the binding.

Leave with a finished quilt.

 Please read class policies

You will need to purchase your supplies:

  •  5 Fat Quarters
  • 3/4 yd. for sashing
  • 1/2 yd. for binding
    *(1 yd. if using same fabric for both)
  • 1 1/2 yd. for backing
  • Batting: 1/2 of 1 1/4 yd. cut of batting (40" X 48”)
    Finished quilt size is 39.5” x 46.5” 
  • thread for quilting, to coordinate or contrast with fabric as desired

NOTE: We supply the sewing machines, and cutting and ironing stations for this class, all you need to bring are the fabrics
